Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use our apps and website, whatever their abilities. We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in line with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
What we do
- We test the contrast of our colour themes against WCAG’s ratios.
- We respect your device’s reduced motion setting and, where our designs use glass, reduced transparency.
- We build on accessible components that work with screen readers and keyboards.
Where we fall short
Not every part of every app meets the standard yet, and we don’t claim full conformance. When we learn of a barrier, we work to remove it.

If something stops you using any part of our apps or website, email accessibility@cactive.com.au with what you were trying to do and where. We’ll help you get it done another way while we fix it.
