Every tool, a key away
Selections, brushes, the clone stamp, type, shapes and the pen, each tool on a single key, with its settings in the options bar.
What you can do on the canvas
Selections
Marquee, lasso and magic wand. Hold Shift to add and Alt to subtract, then feather, expand, contract or transform the selection.
Painting
Brush, pencil and eraser, with size, hardness, opacity and flow. With pen pressure on, a pen's pressure changes the brush size.
Clone stamp, fills and gradients
Clone from a point you Alt-click, fill similar colours, and draw linear, radial, angle, reflected and diamond gradients.
Type and shapes
Text with its font, size, colour, tracking and leading, and rectangles, ellipses, polygons, lines and pen paths, all still editable.
Transform and crop
Scale, rotate and skew with free transform, snapping to guides and other layers. Crop and straighten, trim, and resize the canvas.
Shortcuts and search
Single-key shortcuts for every tool, a list of them all under Help, and Search the Menus to find any command by name.
