Change colour and light without losing a pixel
Add an adjustment as a layer and change it whenever you like, or apply it to one layer. Filters show their result as you change them, with their settings beside the canvas.
Adjustment layers
An adjustment layer changes everything below it and leaves the pixels as they are. Edit it any time in Properties, or apply an adjustment straight to the current layer.
Thirteen adjustments
Brightness/Contrast, Levels, Curves, Exposure, Hue/Saturation, Vibrance, Colour Balance, Black & White, Invert, Threshold, Posterize, Gradient Map and Photo Filter.
Filters
Gaussian, Box and Motion Blur, Sharpen and Unsharp Mask, Add and Reduce Noise, Pixelate, High Pass and Emboss. Like painting and adjustments, they keep to the selection.
