Everyone edits at the same time and sees each other's work as it happens. Comments, versions and sharing work as they do for any Drive file.
Edit at the same time
Each person's selection is outlined in their colour with their name, and a dot shows the slide they're on. Undo takes back only your own changes.
Comments on what you mean
Comment on a shape, a picture or a whole slide, and mention someone with @ to notify them. Slides with comments show a bubble in the slide list.
Version history
See the deck's versions by day and who made them, with the slides that differ from the current deck marked. Name a version to keep it, or restore one without losing anything.
Shared like any Drive file
Share with people and teams as viewers, commenters or editors, or by a link for your organisation or for anyone, with a password if you want one.
