Mail you can trust, in both directions

What you send is signed with your domain's key. What arrives is checked, and each message shows who signed it and roughly where it came from.

How Mail keeps your mail safe

  • Signed with your key

Each domain has its own DKIM signing key. Rotate it in one click, and your DNS records stay the same.

  • Spam and viruses

Messages with a virus are discarded. Spam, and mail that fails a domain's DMARC reject policy, goes to Spam.

  • No bounces to strangers

Mail to an address you don't have is dropped without a bounce, so nobody gets bounces for mail they never sent.

  • Who sent it, and from where

A message's details show who signed it and its SPF, DKIM, DMARC and ARC results, and a line under the sender names roughly where it was sent from.

  • Safe to open

Messages are shown without their scripts, and remote images stay hidden until you choose to show them.

  • Private mailboxes

Admins manage domains and mailboxes, but read only the mailboxes they're members of. API keys can't open a mailbox.
