Your domain, in mailboxes your team shares
Add a domain and Mail lists the DNS records to set. Then give each address a mailbox, the people who read and send from it, and its aliases.
Add your domain
Mail lists the records to add at your DNS host: to sign what you send, to receive and to handle bounces. SPF and DMARC are optional, and Mail builds on the ones you have. Copy them all, or download a zone file.
Checked until it's ready
Mail checks your DNS in the background and says which records are missing, or you can check now. Once the signing record is found, the domain is usually verified for sending within minutes.
Shared mailboxes
A mailbox is an address like support@ with members: everyone in it reads and sends from it, and a person can belong to several. Give it the sender name recipients see.
Aliases and catch-all
Aliases deliver more addresses to the same mailbox, and mail to sales+leads@ reaches sales@. A catch-all mailbox can take mail for any other address at the domain.
