Nothing is stored until you agree to Health's terms. Withdraw at any time: nothing new is stored and every share stops at once.
Sensitive categories
Cycle Tracking, Medications, Mental Wellbeing and Symptoms each store nothing until you turn them on, and their entries are never shared.
Encrypted with your own key
Each entry's value, notes and details are encrypted with a key made for you alone, so a copy of the database reads nothing.
Never your organisation's
Health is yours alone. No organisation, its owners or admins, or its keys can open it, and nothing goes to an organisation's audit log.
Your activity log
Consents, sharing changes, exports and who viewed what you share, kept for two years. Only you can read it.
Export or delete
Export everything as a JSON file at any time. Deleting destroys your key first, then every entry, setting, share and score.

Free with a personal account, and private until you choose to share.
