Give people or teams access to a file or everything in a folder, or share a link for your organisation or for anyone.
People and teams
Share adds people or, in an organisation, teams as viewers, commenters or editors. Sharing a folder reaches everything in it, and Share shows everyone with access, including access from a folder above.
Links
Restricted keeps a link to people with access. Organisation opens it to every member with the link's role, and Anyone with the link lets anyone view and download without signing in.
Passwords and end dates
Set the date a link stops working, and give a link for anyone a password. Make a new link, and the old one stops working.
Location and camera details
Remove them for people who only view: viewers, commenters and anyone with a link get photos without them. It's on by default in your personal space, and editors and the owner always get the original.
