Suggest changes, then decide on them together
Suggesting marks your edits in your colour for an editor to accept or reject, and comments keep the conversation on the text it's about.
Suggesting
Choose Suggesting, and what you type is underlined and what you delete struck through, in your colour; formatting changes are marked too. Each one is listed with who made it.
Accept or reject
Editors accept or reject each suggestion from the comments panel, or all at once. Viewing shows the document as it would read with every suggestion accepted.
Comments
Select text and comment, and it stays highlighted with its thread. Mention someone with @ to notify them, and resolve the thread when you're done.
See what changed
Version History shows each version on its pages with what changed since the one before: added text underlined and removed text struck through, in the colour of who changed it.
