Mail and Calendar
Once an admin turns it on, emails to and from your contacts and leads, and meetings with them, are logged as activities. Only your organisation's own mail and events are logged, to records whose email matches.
Import and export
Map a CSV's columns to fields, check the first rows without writing anything, then import. Large files import in the background, and rows with a record id update those records.
Contacts and Marketing
A contact's or lead's page shows whether they're in your own Contacts, with Add to Contacts. With Marketing, campaigns reach your contacts and leads, and its forms create leads.
API and MCP
The Customers API covers records, views, search, pipelines, activities, conversion, imports and exports. MCP tools let Caity and other AI clients search and update records and log activities.
