Address books your whole mailbox shares
Keep every detail about a person on one card, group people with labels, find anyone by any detail, and merge people entered twice.
Address books
Each mailbox starts with an address book named Contacts and can keep up to 20. If you're in several mailboxes, choose whose contacts you see.
A card for each person
Names, company, job title and department, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses and websites, a birthday and an anniversary, notes and a photo. Email or call from the card.
Duplicates, merged
Contacts finds people entered twice by email address, phone number or full name. Merge keeps every distinct email, number, address, website and label, and Merge All does every group.
