Mail and Calendar suggest your contacts as you write and invite, and a contact's page shows whether they're in Customers.

Your mailbox's contacts are suggested as you write.
Their mail in Primary
Mail from people in your contacts is sorted into Primary.
Sender cards
A sender's name opens their card in Mail, with Open in Contacts or Add to Contacts.
Calendar guests
Contacts are suggested as you add guests to an event.
Customers
If your organisation uses Customers, a contact's page opens the customer contact with the same email address, or adds one from the card.
In Customers too
A contact's or lead's page in Customers shows whether they're in Contacts, and adds them if not.
