She reaches only what you can, in the space the chat is in. You choose the apps she uses and how much she does without asking.
How her access works
Your access, never more
She acts as you, with your role in that organisation. If you lose access, she does too, at once.
Four modes
Ask every time, Allow reads (the default), Allow within this app, or Full auto within your access, for every app or one at a time.
Always asks first
Sharing, sending to people and anything destructive ask in every mode, as does any change after she reads words others wrote.
Apps she can use
Turn each app on or off for her. Photos, Health and Mirage stay off until you turn them on.
Your organisation's policy
Owners and admins decide whether she works in the organisation, which apps she may use and the most she may do. Only owners can let her do more.
Every change audited
Each change she makes is in the audit log under your name, marked as made through her.
